Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. However, Sanscrate.com will ship all products free of cost on domestic orders.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number or via e-mail you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping but will be bringing this option in the near future.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer.care@sanscrate.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
